Discreetly gourmet: You taste a risotto with saffron and grilled chicken and you absolutely enjoy it as it is different and at the same time familiar, irreproachably al dente with the saffron that gives an exotic tone without extremism and with the chicken that is very tasty and juicy. The purpose of the visit of Mr. Dimitris Antonopoulos, a well-known critic from Athinorama Magazine was to write a review for our restaurant (26/02/2012) and we are very proud that MIMAYA received 13,5/20 within the first three months of its life. In excellent order, modern in a friendly way with a Mediterranean Cuisine that is effortlessly tasty. That’s the way Mr. Dimitris Antonopoulos describes MIMAYA and that’s exactly the goal of our chef and his team.
