Chef

I was born in Drama and I was raised in a village near Paggaio Mountain, in Macedonia, Greece. The memories I have from my childhood hide images from my mother’s gardens and her kitchen and the sweet innocence of the traditional Greek Cuisine. Having worked for the last eighteen years as a chef, I really loved the Mediterranean Cuisine. ΜΙΜΑΥΑ is for me the knowledge and the love that become flavors.

The selection of our wines was made with great attention and care. Every bottle of wine was chosen carefully and is intended to satisfy your senses. We made a significant effort in order to have in our restaurant wines that are pairing with our Mediterranean dishes and their flavors.  Agiorgitiko, Moschofilero, Lagorthi and other Greek varieties mix and match with other Mediterranean varieties like Merlot, Syrah and Sauvignon Blanc.

You should try the Greek Moschato Alexandreias and the Moschato of Asti Region and you shall take a zip of the magic of wine. You can also try a Neda beer that comes directly from the Region of Messinia and if you try the cauliflower risotto, don’t forget to pair it with Tsipouro Vasilias from Arachova.
